About Us

Nueces Center for Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities (NCMHID) is dedicated to helping the residents of Nueces County who are living with mental illness and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Payment for Services - MHID accepts many insurance plans including Medicaid and Medicare. Many services are available on a sliding fee scale, and MHID will not refuse services to qualifying individuals based on their inability to pay.
