or three generations, B&T Rents has offered a diverse selection of party rental equipment and wedding rentals in Corpus Christi for all of your special occasions in the community. Our grandparents, Bess and Theo Lyons, began renting furniture from their garage in 1937. The family business offered support to military families throughout World War II, providing furnishings for the families. In 1938, Bess and Theo were able to open up their first store. Their young son, Ted (our dad), often accompanied Bess and Theo to the shop, learning the details of the business. In 1966, he expanded their services to include convention equipment and medical equipment. Just as his parents had done before, Dad took his sons, Steve and Tim, with him to work. Today we continue to rent equipment with the same focus on family values and affordable quality
