Housekeeper I (Part-Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, wax and vacuum facility and office spaces.

  • Follow established procedures for preparing facility for opening each day. 

  • Follow established inventory procedures. 

  • Provide excellent guest services while regularly inspecting facility to ensure cleanliness. 

  • Maintain open lines of communication with all departments to ensure proper cleanliness of facility during operating 
    hours. 

  • Empty trash receptacles. 

  • Report all facility maintenance related issues that may impact guest satisfaction to Housekeeping Coordinator. 

  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

  • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skills. 

  • Provide exceptional guest service. 

  • Abide by all policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook. 
  • ?Train new hires in daily upkeep of facility and help Coordinator train for area cleaning. 
  • Train staff on Detail work during day shift and after hours as needed. 
  • Check work done the night before and document any areas not to TSA standards. 
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS
Perform related duties as assigned necessary to produce after hour’s events that result in flawless execution while staying within the guidelines set by TSA. 
 
Requirement: 
  • Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education or 
    experience.
