Yoga Flow & Glow Market
We are excited to invite you to enjoy an evening of yoga, card readings, drinks, treats, and shopping from some amazing local vendors, hosted by The Bay Jewel Event Center and Skeleton Key Curios.
Tickets are donation based with a $10 minimum. This covers a 1 hour yoga class and admission. Pre-purchase tickets through @Laura-Sandoval-13 on Venmo, or pay at the door. Doors open at 5, and the yoga class will be from 5:30-6:30.
The Bay Jewel will have their bar open for both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, and we will have an assortment of local vendors offering card readings, treats, and other goods. More info on our vendors to come!
Yoga will be held in The Bay Jewel's Mezzanine room with plenty of space to social distance! Masks are required to enter the venue and when moving about. Please bring your own yoga mat, props, and mask.
This event will be held every Tuesday from 3/2-3/30 - with an opportunity to support different local vendors each week!
About the yoga class & teacher: A vinyasa style flow class that will make you burn to shine! This class is for all levels. Our Asana class will be connecting the breath to movement. Breaking down the vinyasa will give all levels options to stay or go deeper. Sun Salutations with variations and balancing poses. Yoga will be taught by Laura Sandoval, a Yoga Teacher in Training with the former Studio of Corpus Christi under Michelle Acebo and Gretchen Weber graduating in April 2021 and completing her public teaching requirements for RYS 200: for yoga teacher training programs that provide a foundational-level training with a minimum of 200 instructional hours.
