The Ark Gala 2019
SEPT. 19: The Ark Assessment Center and Emergency Shelter for Youth presents The Ark Gala at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, 2019 at the Richard M. Borchard Regional Fairgrounds, 1213 Terry Shamsie Boulevard, in Robstown. The 20th annual gala will consist of silent and live auctions, dinner, a Ballet Folklorico Viva Mexico performance and speaking presentations by Delma Trejo, the shelter’s executive director/administrator; Rene Esquivel, board chairman; and Sister Milagros Tormo, M.J.M.J., board president. Proceeds pay for services that make a difference in the children’s lives at The Ark. Cost: $60 individual seat, sponsorship tables of 10 available $1,000-$15,000.
