New Stride Physical Therapy, is grateful for the opportunity to support the Corpus Christi community with rehabilitation services that heal the mind, body and spirit. It is a place of collective effort, bringing together the strength of their physical therapy staff, to share the work and responsibility to welcome all people; especially those in deep distress, and perhaps help our patients find self-confidence and inner healing.  They love our community and appreciate all the support.

Welcome to New Stride Physical Therapy. We appreciate all of you have taken time from busy schedules to celebrate the opening of our new location. We are grateful to have the opportunity to offer both Physical and Occupational Therapy. We integrate Yoga and Pilates into our rehabilitation of patients with sports, neurological, and orthopedic injuries. Small group Yoga, Pilates, and Barre classes are available and thoughtfully prescribed after an initial evaluation. Direct access to programs that will improve your mobility and quality of life. 

Dr. Traci McCloskey, physical therapist, moved to Corpus Christi in 1996 and never looked back. Dr. McCloskey graduated from UTMB in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, from Texas A&M  Corpus Christi in 2006 with a Master in Business Administration, and from the University of St. Augustine in 2008 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is a certified Pilates instructor and certified in dry needling. Her philosophy is simple: the key to a long, happy life is consistent exercise. Specifically exercise that promotes stability and mobility. Stability and mobility will allow you to recover quicker from surgery or injury; and give you the physical and mental strength to adapt throughout the aging process.  One of the rewarding things about the New Stride Corpus Christi community is that it enables us to welcome and help people in a way we couldn't as individuals. We are so thankful to all of you, who have been with us every step of the way.  Let's do this!
