Distinguished Speaker on Creative Activity: Professor Jennifer Garza-Cuen

Please join us in recognizing Professor Jennifer Garza-Cuen, a Spring 2019 recipient of the prestigious John Simon Guggenheim Foundation Fellowship. Professor Garza-Cuen will give a 45-minute presentation about her work and its investigation of national, regional, and local identities as they relate to notions of otherness and place within the context of documentary photography in America. The presentation will be accompanied by a reception, light hors d’oeuvres, and an opportunity for discussion.
