This event will focus exclusively on two overlooked but vital components in the government contracting and commercial marketing process: a Winning Capability Statement, and an Elevator Pitch. A Capability Statement is a concise, one page document of your business competencies. Think of it as a resume for your business. When well written, it will provide specific information to potential customers and differentiate your business from the competition. An Elevator Pitch is a concise, persuasive description of what you do and/or sell. Together, both will set your business apart from the competition and prepare you to get in front of the commercial or government buyer.
During this hands-on workshop we will identify five main components required for any business to create a comprehensive and quality Capability Statement and Elevator Pitch. By the end of the session, you will leave with a custom Capability Statement for the government and commercial buyer and have perfected your Elevator Pitch setting you up for future success.
