2018 Coastal Bend Day of Giving - First Day to Preschedule Donations

Administered through the Coastal Bend Community Foundation, the Coastal Bend Day of Giving is a one day only, 24 hour, online donation event offering the unique opportunity to make gifts that are doubled to local nonprofits serving the Coastal Bend area’s neediest. This year, 25 matching funders have pledged $900,000 in matching grants, allowing each nonprofit’s gifts to double, up to $18,000 for each 50 participating nonprofit, each raising at least $36,000 in just 24 hours!

In the past nine giving days, the Coastal Bend community has come together to raise almost $12 million.  Participating in the Day of Giving is simple. You can preschedule your donation by visiting www.coastalbenddayofgiving.org, November 4 – November 12, 2018.   Click 'nonprofits', search for your favorite nonprofit(s), and click 'Give'.   You can choose to give using a credit or debit card or an electronic check and your transaction will be processed on November 13.  You can also join the excitement and donate on November 13 anytime between 12:00am to 11:59pm.
